We try to get orders out within 24-48 hours after the order is placed (Monday-Thursday). In some situations, that timeframe may be longer (item being freshly made, item not yet restocked, etc). If an item is delayed in shipping we will send a notification to the email on the order.
Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday via UPS or USPS (depending on geographical location). Orders are shipped from our North Las Vegas warehouse and typically can be at its destination within 2-5 days.
PLEASE NOTE: Business days typically do not include weekends or holidays. Some carriers deliver on Saturday and Sunday, however that is at the discretion of the delivery service. We can only ship in the continental USA, lower 48 states only.
